Ryan Tunnell is a Senior Landman for ES3 Minerals LLC. Mr. Tunnell graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Texas State University and is currently working on his MBA from Western Governors University. In early 2011, Mr. Tunnell joined his father working for an operator in Caldwell County, Texas, who were the first company to bring horizontal drilling to the area. It was there that he gained extensive experience in all aspects of land, from running title to handling curative, divisions orders, and negotiating leases along with a myriad of other agreements. In 2017, Mr. Tunnell became the Title Manager for a brokerage overseeing acquisitions in the Permian Basin for a large mineral company. Also, he worked on projects in Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Wyoming. Mr. Tunnell obtained his RPL in 2020 and is an active member of the AAPL and NARO.
Mr. Tunnell loves the outdoors. During the summer, you can usually find him at the lake with his identical twin daughters and family. Since 2018, he has been competing in sanctioned amateur stand-up jet racing.
