Melissa Taylor is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at ES3 Minerals LLC. Originally from Michigan, Ms. Taylor moved to Texas in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and is certified in Human Resources Management. With extensive relational leadership experience in both the public and non-profit sectors, Melissa has worked in industries such as Engineering, Finance, Chemical, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Higher Education.
In addition to her industry experience, Melissa has served or been on staff for over 20 years as a leader in children’s ministry, where she has a deep passion for equipping and mobilizing the next generation.
Melissa and her husband, J.R., have five children ranging from elementary to graduate school. She enjoys cheering on her kids in their various activities, watching college sports, listening to live music, and traveling as much as possible.
