Dub Kruse is Advisory Team Lead for ES3 Minerals LLC. Mr. Kruse grew up in San Diego, attended UC San Diego as a structural engineering major, and minored in Economics and US History. He has a wife of 31 years and an amazing daughter and son-in-law from South Africa. He moved to Texas a few years ago and embraces everything Texas.
Prior to joining ES3 Minerals, Mr. Kruse comes from a very successful background working with multi-Billion dollar companies in the hi-tech space, helping marketing executives streamline their marketing automation. His background and being personable enables him to guide clients through a consultative approach to help his clients maximize their ROI. Mr. Kruse values integrity, going the extra mile for his clients, and servant leadership.
Mr. Kruse attends Hope Rock Church in Lakeway and loves sports. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him serving at church, hunting, bowling, working out, and playing golf. He also enjoys smoking meats and loves to travel.
