Douglas Hallam is a Mineral Advisor for ES3 Minerals LLC. Mr. Hallam is a native Texan who grew up in the Deep East Texas Piney Woods. He attended Texas A&M University and studied business management. Mr. Hallam resides in Austin, Texas, and has lived there for more than 18 years. Before joining the team at ES3 Minerals, Douglas enjoyed a successful career in pastoral ministry for more than two decades, serving in music/worship, and executive ministries. Mr. Hallam helped launch a new church in Central Texas in 2007 that is still active and successful today, and he led ministry efforts and humanitarian missions in many parts of the world.
Douglas has four children spanning late elementary school to college. He enjoys music and the arts, making time for outdoor activities, good food (both eating and cooking), and travel adventures. Mr. Hallam loves to connect with people to hear their stories and get to know the ways he can help them wherever they are.
