Derek Brice is a Mineral Advisor at ES3 Minerals LLC. Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Mr. Brice attended Arizona State University before graduating from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He holds two degrees, one in Interior Architecture and another in Graphic Design.
After college, Derek spent 25 years in Sales and Client Acquisitions, where he successfully acquired major companies such as Comerica Bank, Coldwell Banker, and Real Estate One. His success can be attributed to his intense focus on customer service and building strong client relationships, ensuring that client needs are always at the forefront of every deal.
In 2015, Derek, along with his wife Paula—who is a Houston native and UT graduate—made the life-changing decision to move their family back to Texas. Now residing in Lakeway, TX, Derek, Paula, and their three teenagers enjoy relaxing days on Lake Travis and cherish quality time with their closest friends.
