Derek Brice is a Mineral Advisor for ES3 Mineral LLC. Mr. Brice grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, attended Arizona State University, and graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He holds two degrees, one in Interior Architecture and another in Graphic Design.
After College, Mr. Brice went into Sales and Client Acquisitions, where he spent 25 years in the industry, acquiring big-name companies such as Comerica Bank, Coldwell Banker, and Real Estate One, to name a few. Mr. Brice has been successful because of his intense focus on Customer Service and Client Relationships, always ensuring needs are front and center in every deal.
In 2015, Derek’s wife of 25 years, a Houston native and UT graduate, made the best decision of their lives and moved her family back to Texas. Derek, Paula and their three teenagers live in Lakeway, TX and enjoy spending relaxing days on Lake Travis or spending quality time with their closest friends.
