Meredith Johnson-Fleming is a Junior Mineral Analyst at ES3 Minerals LLC. She received her B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University in 2023 and earned her M.S. in Geology from Baylor University in 2026. Her graduate research focused on carbon systems in arid and semi-arid soils, utilizing geochemical, isotopic, and environmental data analysis across multiple sites in the western United States.
After completing her graduate studies, Meredith moved to Austin with her husband and began her career in the mineral acquisition industry. Her background in research, data analysis, and geology supports her work in evaluating mineral assets and assisting with land and acquisition projects.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys exploring Austin’s live music scene with her husband and spending time with their cats.
