Will Kiker is the Executive Vice President of Land & Business Development for ES3 Minerals, where he leads the company’s land and business development efforts. Mr. Kiker is focused on expanding the company’s acquisition platform, strengthening relationships with mineral owners and partners, and helping position the business for its next phase of growth.
With more than 20 years of experience managing land, energy infrastructure, acquisitions, and corporate development, Mr. Kiker has built his career around identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and cultivating the kind of relationships that lead to successful outcomes. He has held executive leadership roles as a Vice President, Partner, and Co-Founder of multiple energy-focused companies, and is known for his practical, hands-on leadership style, strategic thinking, and ability to bring commercial, operational, and cross-functional teams together to execute effectively. Throughout his career, he has remained grounded in the belief that strong relationships, trust, and integrity are the foundation of long-term success.
Drawing from the grit, composure, and competitive drive he developed representing his university in the collegiate rodeo circuit and later competing in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Mr. Kiker brings focus and resilience to every aspect of his work. A native Texan with multigenerational roots in agriculture, his love of ranching and stewardship of the land mirrors the same care and dedication he brings to every transaction. Mr. Kiker holds a Master’s Degree from Angelo State University.
Mr. Kiker values community and the meaningful relationships he builds with mineral owners, colleagues, and partners. Outside of work, he enjoys serving God, traveling with his family, volunteering with his children’s school activities, and spending time in the outdoors. Through his leadership at ES3 Minerals, he remains committed to creating win-win outcomes for mineral owners while advancing responsible resource stewardship.
