Mike Waltz serves as a Landman at ES3 Minerals, LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston–Downtown and began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2004 with a brokerage firm in East Texas.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Mr. Waltz has developed extensive expertise in title research, lease negotiation, GIS mapping, and tract report management. His comprehensive knowledge of land operations and attention to detail support ES3 Minerals’ commitment to efficient and accurate project execution. He is an active member of the DAPL.
Outside of the office, Mr. Waltz enjoys sailing, outdoor activities, and photography. He is a proud father of three children and grandfather of two.
