Alan Gonzalez

Landman

Alan Gonzalez serves as a Landman at ES3 Minerals, LLC. A North Texas native, Mr. Gonzalez was raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and earned his degree in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University in 2021. Following graduation, he returned to the DFW Metroplex to begin his career in the oil and gas industry as a Field Landman.

Through extensive experience running and curing title across Texas, Mr. Gonzalez developed a strong operational foundation that propelled his career forward. Prior to joining ES3 Minerals, he worked with several mineral and royalty companies in Dallas, where he gained valuable experience in mineral management, acquisitions, division order analysis, multi-state oil and gas regulatory compliance, and GIS mapping. His working knowledge of key producing regions—including Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma—adds meaningful depth to the ES3 Minerals Land Team.

Outside of work, Mr. Gonzalez enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and staying active outdoors. He is actively involved in his church community and regularly volunteers his time in service initiatives.

Can you help me decide if holding my rights is better?

Yes. Our goal is to provide a balanced view so that you understand the pros and cons of each option—holding, leasing, managing more efficiently, or selling—without bias.

Our evaluations are not only thorough but are explained in clear, everyday language. We want you to understand exactly how we arrived at your mineral rights’ value.

Absolutely not. We provide the information, analysis, and support you need, and the decision is entirely yours.

We emphasize discovery and transparency. Our process involves listening to your goals, asking questions to understand your needs, and guiding you without pressure. We believe in finding win-win outcomes rather than pursuing quick transactions.
