Jeff Underwood serves as a Mineral Advisor with ES3 Minerals LLC. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he served for 13 years on Active Duty as a Surface Warfare Officer, deploying across the globe. Jeff brings the same dedication, discipline, integrity, and commitment to his clients.
Having called Texas home for the past seven years, Jeff and his wife are excited to welcome their first child in December 2025.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling— a passion sparked during his time in the Naval service. He also loves spending time outdoors and giving back to his community.
